Sažetak
The paper compares Croatia and Slovenia’s development positions as measured by global indices (HDI, EF, HPI) and the survey results comparing their citizens' concerns and expectation in the domain of trade-off between environmental impact and economic growth.By comparing the countries’ attainments and attitudes among neighbouring populations we explore the possible paths of influencing how citizens think about society, future generations and ecosystems that support us.
