Sažetak
The human world, analogous to physical and biological revolution , incorporates a basic principle of self-transcednce. That concept is the key to understanding man and his societal systems as well as non-human living beings and ecosystems.It becomes the common interdispilinary beginning and end for the humanistic as well as the natural sciences ; it does not require the formalisation of disciplines, but unifies them while preserving the variety of thier ways of thinking and speaking. –As a pioneer and an advocate of understading the scientific and human inplications of evlutionary paradigm, American Austrian Erich Jantsch demonstrated an extraordinary ability to display synthetically the most advanced scientific knowledge. He is quite unknown in Europe. In this contribution some thing more will be said about one of his diagrams under the title History and Evolution of Man which represents the processes of differentiation and integration in the human world
