Sažetak
Starting generally from commercial soybean lecithin, deoiling procedures by extraction and ultrafiltration as well as two types of ethanol fractionation performed in authors' laboratory are described and discussed, presenting their diagrams and efficiency. Powdered lecithin and PC-enriched phospholipids were obtained, with the aim to be used for different purposes, including the improved antioxidative activity.
