Sažetak
Mechatronics embodies principles that can be traced thousands of years ago in production of human artifacts, and are being present in every form of life and social relationship: we are in era of (re-)revelation and economically efficient applications of bio- and social-mechatronics. History is full of technological inventions and re-inventions with direct influence to social organisation and stability, as well as individual freedom, productivity (creativity) and tranquility of life. Application of technology implies transactions, such as those according to Eric Berne, that may be used in automaton design. Transactions have the features such as: participants and their intentions, content and flow, capacity, sensorics, inference engine, performance, costs and outcomes (profits). The purpose of each transaction is to reach a specific goal, whose outcome has control and executive characteristics. Achievement of more or less rational goals may have potentially distortive effect to equality in transaction and its participants (projected phantasy turned into its opposite). Therefore, evolutionary computation algorithms such as simulated annealing may be used in order to optimise system (automaton) structure and performance (behaviour).
