Sažetak
According to our results it can be concluded that troponin T is effective in establishing the diagnosis in the early phase of MI as CK and CK-MB. It is a method of choice for patients with non-specific ECG changes and for those who come to the hospital in the later phase of the disease as well as myosin. Both of these tests (troponin T and myosin)are not only capable of confirming the diagnosis, but they also give a great contribution to the establishment of certain diagnosis.
