Sažetak
With the proliferation of multimedia services and advanced end user devices driving the transition from single medium communications based solely on voice to enriched and interactive multimedia, a key issue to address is meeting end-user perceived service quality expectations and demands. Following a general introduction to the domain of QoE, this talk will present some of the key research challenges that are currently being addressed within the European research community, as related to the methodologies for quality evaluation and management of advanced multimedia services and communication systems.
