Sažetak
In this paper will be presented analysis of landslide occurrences in the Rječina River Valley based on historical description and notes so as on detailed results of field mapping and analyses of digital terrain models obtained by LiDAR scanning. The analyses of sliding mechanisms of two huge landslides (one deep seated, one shallow) landslides will be presented. Experiences regarding landslide monitoring system approach will be discussed. A general considerations about landslides occurrences in flysch formations along the Croatian Adriatic coast will be noticed.
