Sažetak
The paper presents the research results of niobium microalloyed steel application in production of hot rolled strips for welded tubes for scaffold construction. The effect of rolling parameters on the quality of tubes was investigated. On the basis oft he tubes properties the possibility of wall ticknesreduction was investigated. The obtained results showed that beside the significant wall thickness reduction high qualitiy of hot rolled welded scaffold can be achieved.
