Sažetak
With a view oft he explanation oft he interaction between the recrystallization and the precipitation mechanisms observed by the thermomechanical treatment (TMT) of steel strip, the method oft he X-ray diffraction has been used. The samples for the annalysis int he formo f sheet dimension 1x1 cm have ben taken in the every final phase of TMT, and prepared by metallographic method of deep etching. The samples have been measured on diffractometric system by photographic and counting tehnique using universal flat plate camera, vertical diffractommeter Bragg-Brentono focusing geometry and CoK radiation. On the all samples have been measured the hardness. The obtained results oft he anallysis like: back reflection patterns 310 of Fe own profile of diffraction lines at half maximum intensity of reflaction 110, 200 and 211 and the hardness showed the changes. The largest changes have been observed after the fourth pass of rolling in final TMT. Are these changes the cause oft he own change of lattice distortion and/or crystallite size ariese as a result of deformation and/or precipitation will be answered by furher investigations
