Sažetak
In the first part of the work, authors present a short description of the method of Quality Function Deployment (QFD), which is applicable in the phases of the designing, development and production of an industrial product. After that, this methodology was applied in the manufacturing industry. The application of the Quality Function Deployment method has been performed on a type of cam switch. Certain changes of the current product are being planned, and precisely the QFD method provides the possibility of an optimal selection of improvement, focusing on the wishes and needs of the customer.
