Sažetak
This article analyzes ethical principles in working with children in school and possible ethical dilemmas together with different approaches to their solutions. It is suggested that teachers comply with ethical principles of respecting a person, autonomy, confidentiality, safety, doing good and credibility which can help them in creating and maintaining quality relationships, which is a precondition for helping. Teachers are also faced with ethical dilemmas related to individual rights and welfare of a child or areas concerning parents' rights and institutions associated with abused children. Finally, a decision-making model that can help them in solving ethical dilemmas and helping abused children is proposed.
