Sažetak
Student mobility and exchange programmes are becoming an important paľt of an ffictive student learning environment in terms of enhancing their communicątion competences in an international enviľonment as well as incľeasing competitiveness for further labour maľkets. The main aim of this research is to determine the positive aspects of mobility and the problems that face students. Research was conducted among incoming and outgoing students and staff at international relątions offices. Respondents were from three Universities in Austria, Ireląnd and Croatia. Feedbackwąs collected by survey designed for the puľpose ofthis research. Student opinionwas compared with feedback from the Internationąl Office's staff. Students emphasised the impoľtance of internątional relation ffices in terms of providing information, helping in problem solving and decision making. They reported problems with paper work and cľedit tľansfers. Mobility beneJits are a development of social skills, netwoľking and self confidence.
