Sažetak
O-gylcosylation is one of key cellular posttranslational modifications. However, localization of O-glycosylation sites in peptides and proteins is very challenging. We wanted to investigate de-O-glycosylation/alkylaminylation approach for marking of the O-glycosylation sites in peptides with single and multiple O-glycosylation sites, combined with nano-ESI Q-TOF low energy CID MS/MS for their sequencing.
