Sažetak
The paper discusses the results of multiple series of measuring diameters of five measuring rings. The ring diameters range from 36 to 120mm. Measurements were carried out by using the length measuring machine, 3-D Co-ordinate measuring machine (CMM), self-centering inside micrometer and two point gauge instrument. The calculation of repeability and reproducibility of the obtained measurement results was carried out in accordance with the international standard ISO 5725-1:1994(E), with the aim of estimating the uncertainty of the performed measurements.
