Sažetak
Comparison of matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) and electrospray ionization (ESI) mass spectrometry (MS) of complex ganglioside mixtrues was carried out. Different MALDI matrices were tested as well. While majority of MS1 information was similar between MALDI and ESI MS, MALDI MS analysis was strongly dependent on the matrix used. Also, some minor intensity signals were detected only in MALDI MS.
