Sažetak
Cars are parked 95% of time – if plugged in could provide flexibility of the smart energy systems and limit the cost of 100% RES systems. There will be lot of power available with fast ramp-up and down capacity. The storage potential is significant. Fast charger could drown the system or save it! Depending on clever decisions made soon! Lots of research needed!
