Sažetak
The result of this study indicate that in asthmatic children with pathological GER, the reflux episode are confined most in the distal part of oesophagus. Our conclusion is that pathological GER is common on asthmatics children and that mechanism is probably reflux bronchospasm rather than aspiration.
