Sažetak
The author is revising the key points of the administrative reform in the Republic of Croatia such as human resources management, e-Government, public sector system (in specific, paying efficiency wages), public sector ethics. Author's contribution in the final part of this paper is the attempt to answer the question whether or not should Croatia follow the foreign models of the administrative reform while at the same time accepting suitable and useful solutions they provide.
