The process of integration of European cultural spaces demands observance of basic cultural rights, expressed as the right to freedom of expression, the right to education, the right to the use of local languages, and other similar rights derived from human rights.Such rights are clearly pointed out in the discourse on multiculturalism and intercultural dialogue.
