Sažetak
The awareness of the potential disadvantages of the Net as a medium are investigated in this research, as well as the comparative perceptions of peril in the use of the Web and e-mail based communication in relation to other types of communication channels. It is noted that the potentials for misuse could depreciate the promise for social and political advancement based on this new dimension of communicative interaction.
Additional insights are shed concerning the apparent flare of the rapidly advancing Net-based communication. Some limitations are drawn as a contrast to the image of the Net in a transition environment, as well as an outline of its preferred evolvement.
