Sažetak
The paper presents some of the results of current work which describe management of reconstruction of single family houses projects in Croatia, from 1995-1999., damaged by war activity. More than 95000 houses are reconstructed and cost relationship will be emphasized. The models for managing reconstruction of houses are presented, which facilitate the processing of relevant information in order to meet qualitative results. This approach is based for establishing a system which can be used by the client/representative for monitoring and control of reconstruction on huge number family houses.
