Sažetak
A method of process modeling is proposed based on cyclic data processing of both process variables and their qualitative estimates. The sensitivity and efficiency of the method is presented for short data series and relatively complex chain of material processing as is the case in food industry. The method is exemplified on the paste production line pointing to the possibility of the CIM concept in this type of the manufacturing.
