Sažetak
The result of this paper is simple macro model of voltage controlled oscillator. The model uses minimal and necessary number of p- and n- channel MOS transistors, and suitably replaces the function and behaviour of the other MOS transistors by using the voltage controlled switches, built in MICRO-CAP II and other analog simulators.
