Sažetak
In this lecture the review of compound two-speed two-carrier planetary gear trains is displayed. The gears trains are grouped in three different groups with regard to their design characteristics and certain number of different trains is defined. The labelling system of trains is defined. Common characteristics of all trains within their respective groups are described. The appropriate method for their kinematic and dynamic analysis is described and one example of the analysis is given. Shifting capabilities and efficiency characteristics of the selected trains as well as their conceptual schemes are shown. For different trains which satisfy the kinematic requirements the comparative method is presented. The technological machines in which such trains could be used are identified and listed. The advantages of their usage in the mentioned machines are stated.
