Sažetak
A 47-year old psoriatic patient developed a blistering eruption. He was suffering from vitiligo for several years. The diagnosis of bullous pemphigoid (BP) was established by routine histopathology which demonstrated subepidermal blistering, and immunofluorescence which revealed IgG, IgA and C3 deposits in linear pattern at the basement membrane zone. Indirect immunofluorescence was negative. Befire the occurrence of BP patient was treated topical corticosteroid ointment combined with neutral preparation.
To our knowledge the coexistance of psoriasis, BP and vitiligo has not yet been mentioned in the literature.
