Sažetak
Tendencies from 1980 to 2002 include process of transition, implemented in various places, and economic blocks. Having analyzed relevant data, the major reason for the crisis in healthcare remains unclear.First there is the complexity of the economic crisis, along with the influence it had on every element of the health system. It would be unwise to claim that more money would not help everybody and improve the system. However, after such an objective and grounded realization, a simple issue is raised: is something that lasts over 20 years a crisis or a reality?
