Sažetak
The presentation deals with actual time now in project management at the global level. The key evidences about project orientation of a societies, so as project relevance for all sectors or areas of human activities are shown. There is no any part of human activities without projects. Data on project influences on global society were presented, so as actual education and research trends in project management. The central part of the presentation analyze the role of project management standards, based on competence development. The principle of “Eye of Competence “ is described and explained, together with individual competence baseline, organizational competence baseline and project excellence model. The best practices from IPMA model are provided.
