Sažetak
This is a paper that the author submitted as the general reporter at the world conference of the International Association of Procedural Law held in Moscow in September 2012. The paper presents the results of the research conducted by the team of researchers from 10 different countries (Austria, Brazil, China (Mainland and Hong Kong), Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Russia and USA). The main topic was the inquiry into how goals of civil justice differ from country to country, and to define the role of civil justice in the contemporary world.
