Sažetak
ABSTRACT The paper deals with new electroplated zinc-polytetrafluoroethylene (Zn-PTFE) composite coating consisting of zinc matrix and dispersed PTFE particles. The research is focused on composite coatings obtained by electroplating with emphasis on various combinations of Zn-PTFE composite coatings. The article describes tribological tests by using specialized tribometer TOP 3. Experiments and comparison of tribological properties for Zn based electroplated coatings were performed in order to determine a new level of surface qualities. An analysis of the connection between final product tribological properties and content of PTFE particles obtained by galvanizing bath is conducted.
