Sažetak
This research presents an attempt for developing a methodology for communal biogas plant development, based on a bottom up approach in analysing local biogas production potentials. The methodology analyses energy and material flows within a community as well as the innovative-cooperation capacity of local actors and biogas project economics. The objective of this research was to present the applicability of this methodology, based on a case study in Gundinci municipality in Croatia.
