Sažetak
The researches throughout the world have confirmed the increase of the ISO Managing S ystem Standards implementation within the hotel industry. The aim of the research was to find out the level of ISO standards implementation in Croatian hotel industry . The empirical research has been done using the polling method in the hotels in the Republic of Croatia on a sample of 350 randomly chosen hotels. Based on the research results it is visible that the implementation of ISO managing system standards in the Croatian hotel is less than 20%. The aim of the paper also was to examine the attitudes of hospitality managers towards implementation of ISO Managing System Standards. The results of the research show that there is a necessity for improving the hotel managers’awareness towards ISO Managing System Standards implementation. There is a positive influence of ISO Managing System Standards implementation of croatian hotel business perform ances and strategic orientation towards increasing ISO certificates in the future.
