Sažetak
NDT AND QS INTEGRATED EDUCATIONAL MODULS - A GATEWAY TO AN INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE CREDIT PROGRAM In the paper will be presented the implementation of quality management to achieve quality of education demanded by the market. Smart leveraging of compliance activities related to educational programs in quality control and quality management, can improve performance of educational system itself. The challenge is to create value through process design and implementation. Course topics that are arranged by learning modules appropriate for the field of expertise of the learner, could decrease the costs for the institution while increase the quality of educational process itself. The Polytechnic College Velika Gorica, Croatia, providing studies in Maintenance of Aircraft and Maintenance of Vehicles, Special approach on NDT, will be offered as an alternative to time consuming seminars and expensive workshops, after the graduation. Quality Management, Quality Assurance and Quality Control courses as well as theoretical and practical knowledge of NDT methods where it is necessary, should be integrated in bachalereaus credit program. A very good example are maintenance of Aircrafts and Vehicles, as critical areas of need for Quality Control Methods and Quality assessment with the requirements of various NDT methods and techniques as well as other forms of procedure in quality assurance. It will be presented the approach in the Plan and Program of those studies at Polytechnic Velika Gorica, the survey on in the year 2003/2004, for the first generation of that program, taken in consideration the students knowledge, students competence level and possible sustainability in compatibility with course programs of relevant schools.
