The study and the proceedings brings the analises of the case studies of the pension system reform (Chile, Poland, Lithuania) focused on the issues of vital importance for the legislative solutions of the pension system reform in Croatia. The particular focus is on the capitalisation of pension funds in the second and third pillar, their role on the capital market, their impact on the levels of savings, investment, employment and economic growth as whole.
