Sažetak
Cet article étudie la mise en oeuvre de la Convention pour la Sauvegarde du patrimoine culturel immatériel de l'UNESCO. Il analyse l'introduction graduelle de cette notion dans le cadre légal croate et les efforts incessants des professionnels qui sont impliqués dans sa préservation. La nijemo kolo [ronde muette] pratiquée dans l’arrière pays dalmate sert d’exemple pour illustrer à la fois les questions théoriques et pratiques qui conduisent à l’inscription sur la liste de l’UNESCO. // Experiences in implementation of the UNESCO’s Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage are in the focus of the text. It discusses the gradual introduction of intangible culture in Croatian legal framework and the ongoing effors of professionals who are involved in its preservation. Theoretical starting points and practical problems are presented on the example of inscription of the nijemo kolo [silent circle dance] of the Dalmatian hinterland to the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
