Sažetak
The surgical strategy for lipofibromatous nerve hamartoma is not clearly defined. The nerve hamartoma is considered a benign congenital anomaly with partially preserved nerve functions, pain and unpleasant sensory symptoms. Only histology definitively confirms diagnosis. Typical and diagnostically tricky cases (two patients) are presented. In both cases, the intraoperative neurography was crucial to direct the extend of nerve resection.
