Sažetak
HMI/FSB-LPMD provides high accuracy roundness measurements of cylinder and spheres (hemispheres) up to 200 mm in diameter. Measurement system is based on modified Mahr MMQ3 instrument, with custom made software, which incorporates all the relevant data analysis methods. This paper describes software module for harmonic analysis and digital filtration of roundness measurement data. Gauss filter is developed according to ISO 16610-21:2011 and spline filter according to ISO/TS 16610-22:2006. Measurement results are shown on the example of roundness gauge with two distinct harmonic (5 and 30 UPR), which was a part of LABCOM 11’ international comparison.
