Sažetak
In this presentation the basics and advantages of gamma-irradiation method for desinsection and disinfection of cultural heritage objects are given. Also, numerous examples during more than 20 years of radiation treatment of cultural heritage artefacts in Radiation Chemistry and Dosimetry Laboratory in Ruđer Bošković Institute are presented.
