Sažetak
The aim of this research is the determination of the level of safety of steel structures exposed to fire by applying the existing methodology of the probabilistic analysis. More specifically, the application of the methodology is presented through a case study of the steel roof structure of Spaladium Arena Sports Hall, a large indoor space (105x85m). In the execution of the analysis, i.e. in the probabilistic simulation, all the main steps of the ‘Global Fire Safety Concept’ were applied. It has been shown that the probabilistic method, as opposed to the semi-probabilistic one, offers a better insight into the level of safety of steel structures exposed to fire.
