Sažetak
The paper discusses the phenomenon of raped women in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. It tries to prove that rapes were part of Serbian aggression in the war against Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Rape has been committed by all sides to the conflict but the largest numbers of perpetrators have been the Serbs. Besides international humanitarian law violations and military activities for displacement of civilian population, a great part of the Serbian war policy was the commission of rape. The paper also emphasizes consequences of this problem: psychological problems of raped women and how society responded to that item.
