Sažetak
In the first part of the lecture, remineralisation of hard dental tissues, without cavity preparation, was showed. Clinical cases were presented in order to demonstrate which restorative materials can be used for reconstruction of hard dental tissue depending on different factors (size of the cavity, possibilities of ensuring dry working field etc). Indications for using glassionomer cements, composite resin fillings or sandwich technique were explained. In the second part of the lecture, possibilities for reconstruction of teeth after endodontic treatment were presented. Influence of endodontic treatment on aesthetics of the restoration were explained. Special emphasis was on the coronal leakage and ways to avoid it and also on the material of choice for tooth restoration. Indications for post and core were explained and presented in details through clinical cases.
