Despite the growth of air transport stimulated by the single market, there is much dissatisfaction. with the rights of passengers and the quality provided by the airlines ; The paper reviews European sources of law i.e. provisions establishing common rules for denied-boarding compensation system on a scheduled fair transport as well as regulations on air carrier liability in the event of accident.
