Sažetak
“Lisbon Watch” is an annual report mapping the state of the art of and progress on research and teaching regarding the new legal foundation of the European Union: the Treaty on European Union (TEU) and the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU), referred to as “Lisbon Treaty”. Within the Lisbon Watch report 24 LISBOAN member institutions from 19 countries have answered an open questionnaire which was distributed in January 2013. The contributions cover activities at the respondents’ own institutions, but also address research efforts and political debates in each country as a whole. While focus is on the period of autumn 2012 – spring 2013, developments around the coning into force of the Lisbon Treaty in December 2009 are also included whenever applicable. The section on Croatia has been composed by the researchers from the Institute for Development and International Relations, Zagreb.
