Sažetak
14C dating with AMS method was presented. Chemical preparation of organic and carbonate samples of miligrame size to graphite was described in details with all procedures and equipments nedded for pretreatment and treatment of the samples. Measurement of 14C on graphite targets in the AMS was described, too. Adventages and disadventages of the AMS 14C method comparing with LSC method were explained.
