Sažetak
The textile and clothing industry is one of the most important global industries in the world. It makes 5, 7% of a production value in world's manufacturing in USA, then 8, 3% of the productive good values in the world and more then 14% of the world's employment in the EU. In the European Union, 120.000 of the textile and clothing companies employ more then two million people. Considering this, it makes 7, 6% of total employed workers in the EU industry. Most of the employees are women. Researches and technological development is also a field used by the EU members as a political instrument in a process of integration. The associated members participate in total accounting and pay high annual membership fee. Instead, their research institutions, universities, industries and small and medium-sized companies are participating in projects under the same conditions as the EU state members. The given facts are enough to start with the entire automation of the manufacturing process in textile industry. Accordingly, the monotone, physically difficult and boring jobs are replaced with the intelligent industrial and service robots. With development of the new technologies, new materials and information technologies, sensory technology, the constant innovations and robotic technology changes occur. It leads to the new functional solutions and higher possibilities in industrial and service robot application in all branches of industry, and also in textile industry, from manufacturing to selling of the completed products. This paper provides the complete automation of manufacturing process in the clothing industry, through industrial and service robot integration, in an environment where functions through information and communication platform. With development of the new technologies it is possible to automatize and modernize the manufacturing process, with getting a basic raw and processed material, i.e. everything necessary for clothe manufacturing. On the other hand, a customer would order a product online from home, and the product would be delivered to his home address. With this method, the process of manufacturing and buying is completely automatized and marked through the latest achievement applications.
