Sažetak
The globalization of market opens even fiercer competition in all branches of economy. The pressure of market that has been at first felt by electrical, electronically and mechanical has also spread on civil industry. The shortening of production cycle, quick responds on every changes on market and generally drastically costs cutting of total business process with parallel increasing of products and services quality have also become the surviving question for civil companies and main orientation of their management. It is expected that in next period also in this branch of industry a great efforts and means will be invested in defining and informatization of business processes
