Sažetak
The thesis starts with the historical information of borrowing Latin words into English. The main part of the work is divided into three chapters according to three Latin verbal stems. Each chapter is further organized in accordance with the parts of speech Latin verbal stems form in English. In order to support the objectives, a selection of lexemes from the US Constitution were morphologically analysed. The conclusion comprises the results of the analysis.
