Sažetak
We propose that in the future preparations for Third Pan European Conference which will take place in Helsinki, the activities of the representatives of the Republic of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, should be focused on the promotion of three new corridors as folows: Branch of Corridor V (Budapest-Dombovar-Osijek-Zenica-Sarajevo-Mostar-Ploče), extend Corridor VI (Bratislava-Vienna-Graz-Maribor-Zagreb-Split) and Corridor X (Salzburg-Ljubljana-Zagreb-Belgrade-Skopje-Athens, with Brannch: Belgrade-Sophija). The representatives of the Republic of Croatia need support of the representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina, regarding to connection of Branch V (Budapest-Zagreb-Rijeka) from Rijeka to Trieste. Also, the representatives of the Republic of Croatia should be in contact with the members of different European institutions and associations, concerning to activities on including this connection into corridor V, what will be of common interest of both of the countries. It would be necessary to initiate the studies of these new – proposed corridors, which studies will be a base for designing and signing of Memorandum of Understanding betwen countries concerned. Besides the activites regarding to including of transport routes of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina into Pan- European Network Corridors, the action concerning the process of rectructuring of HŽ and ŽBH, on the market principals, defined by European Union and Association CCFE/GEB/CER for their Railway Managements, should be started. There is no doubt, including of railway networks of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina into Pan-European Railway Network is essential aim, but it is necessary that the railways of both of the countries come closer to the conditions and business manner of railways in European Union. Therefore, the state must support the railway inits process of restructuring, and the state must provide financial resources, social and the others programmes, for railway.
