Sažetak
The main theme of the paper is racism and what it means to be different in the world where differences are not permitted. Different varieties of boundaries like those of race, religion, sex, tradition, time and code are analysed through the novel and the film To Kill a Mockingbird. A special focus is on describing Gregory Peck as an archetypal hero in American film.
