Sažetak
Recent assessments of the international intervention in Bosnia and Herzegovina conclude that after five years and five billion dollars, conditions for long-term stability have not been created yet.Additional efforts at state building should be made now. Determination, commitment and consensus on the course of action will help erect the structure that will remain in place once the international scaffolding is removed.
