Sažetak
The aim of this work was to show by the retrospective analysis the neonatal outcome of preterm deliveries termineted vaginally or by the cesarian section. In the six year period from 1993 to 1998 all preterm deliveries from 22 to 37 weeks of gestation were analysed except for multiple pregnancies and stillbirths. According to the way of termination the analysed deliveries were divided in vaginal and the deliveries done by the cesarian section. No srtatistically significant differences in incidence opf intracranial hemorrhage, respiratory distress syndrome, infections, early neurological signs and fetal mortality in partu and post partum were found regarding the way of delivery termination.
